Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living

Day 1

It’s day 1 of the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living program! So far so good… I choose to see each day as a success!

Totally unrelated to healthy eating, but I saw Pentatonix in concert last night in Cincinnati!! They were so amazing and put on a really good show. They sound just as good (if not better) live as they do on their albums. I highly recommend going to one of their concerts if possible!

Because I was in Cincinnati (about 3 hours from home), I crashed at my sister’s after the concert. I was SO proud of myself for remembering to pack all of my Arbonne essentials. I took 2 shaker cups with scoops of protein shake mix (one with the fiber added), a packet of the digestion plus, 2 fizz sticks, and one bag of the detox tea. Guys, it is seriously that easy to pack and eat away from home (just add water!). I honestly enjoyed not having to think about what to eat for breakfast or lunch.  I also made one of the recipes the Arbonne coach shared for dinner. This chicken leek soup with spinach was SO delicious! I omitted the celery (allergic to it) but the flavor was fantastic still. It helps that I love cooking and am actually good at it 🙂 I know the next few days will be even harder, but I’m sticking with it!

If you have any tips or tricks for late-night cravings, I am all ears! That’s the one part I am most nervous about overcoming, BUT I will do it!
